Journal club: trials highlighted for appraisal

90 recent trials from NEJM, JAMA, the Lancet and other journals. Each PDF is the full paper with the appraisal done on it: every important sentence is highlighted, and a numbered note in the margin says whether it protects or weakens the trial.

The first page of each PDF sums up the appraisal: PICO, a risk-of-bias table (RoB 2), the effect sizes recomputed from the raw counts (RR, absolute difference, NNT), what the paper does not tell you, and the bottom line. Log in with Google to download any 10 trials free. Any SolvedPGSS subscription unlocks all of them, together with Solved Papers, Landmark Trials and free PPT Bank decks.
